Body Awareness Birth

The Fall Doula Workshop just began on October 28, and it was so much fun!

After leading workshops that are bigger groups, we decided to hold a weeknight training session for Doula’s so that we can focus teaching one on one.  It is fantastic to really get to know those attending.  Especially, since doula work is very intimate and one on one.

The Doula’s in training were pleasantly surprised to have the instructors personal attention.  So if you are in the Sacramento area, you really have a fantastic opportunity to take a small intimate doula workshop. The next four week session begins January 6, 2011, 6-10 pm. Space is limited so register soon!

We have partnered with the BABIES center in Sacramento to offer classes and training workshops.  They have a really wonderful teaching space for birth and family professionals.  Also, they have many networking events.
