Body Awareness Birth

Amazing! That describes the time spent during the Chicago childbirth educator workshop.

This bunch of women are purely authentic and give of themselves to help women in their local communities.

As we closed the workshop I can still hear their voices and one in particular…her closing statement, “Birth is a kinda of freedom. And I believe all woman deserve to be free!!!” I keep hearing these words over and over. They have stayed with me the last few days.

I think because they perfectly describe all that birth can and should be.  Not that birth is not challenging, but when experienced fully it is a kind of freedom! Something that is completely yours alone, an amazing accomplishment…

What do you believe about birth? What do you believe all women deserve?

Risks are Imperative!

Yes, you must take that leap of faith!

If you are living a life that is not fulfilling, and you feel like you cannot afford to take a risk for change, consider the risk in not changing.  Think about all the time you are spending not being happy?

If you are falling short of living your dreams then are you really living?  What is the cost of not being happy?

Really, make a list of the costs in your life of not taking risks.  Consider how being stuck or less than content influences:

• Relationships
• Habits
• Appearance
• Health
• Energy
• Natural life span

Each day you awake is yours to enjoy and embrace.  You are free to choose and live differently…fully!

Don’t risk not living as you really desire.
