Lamaze Class Reinvented

Pregnant couples today can receive pregnancy and birth related information at a click, straight to their phone or laptop computer. They often watch real birth videos on the internet, and google all about epidurals. So attending a six-week long childbirth or Lamaze class may not appeal to the new generation. What does appeal to younger expecting families are short, practical, intimate learning sessions. Couples today want to be involved and participate in classes, not sit still for a 2 hour lecture.
A childbirth class that combines prenatal yoga is one example of how to reinvent. Small classes or private classes that engage couples allowing them to ask questions in a comfortable setting is a new template for childbirth education.
