Birth Basics $75,  a 2 hour session, Meets only once (Register Here)

For couples with a busy schedule who want to understand as much about birth and labor in the time they have.  This is also an excellent refresher class for those who have previously experienced birth and desire a review.

• An hour for breathing & relaxation practice
• The birth process
• When to go to hospital/birthing center
• Labor signs
• Labor positions
• Labor Tools

New Baby Guidance $25, an hour class, Meets only once (Register Here)

For couples with a busy schedule needing to prepare in a short amount of time for the arrival of a newborn baby. Topics covered:

• Bonding and nurturing relationship with baby
• Nursing and feeding
• Diapering, Swaddling, & Bathing
• Sleep behaviors and infant development
• Signs of Illness, Precautions, & Safety
• Becoming an expert on your baby

Prepared Childbirth, 3 meetings, Wed. 7-9 pm, $195, (Register Here)

Over three weekly meetings couples will have the time to ask questions and build upon their relaxation and labor coping techniques.  In addition to learning about the birth process couples will gain an understanding about what happens after the birth and how to make postpartum a smooth transition.  Topics include:
