Unlike traditional hospital classes you will receive personal attention in a very small group.

Baby Moon Romantic Retreat

Couples take time to learn about childbirth in the Birthing Basics class and also enjoy the romance of Benicia, CA.  Benicia can be enjoyed as an excellent day trip, and also a romantic overnight getaway.  Stay in one of Benicia’s Inns or hotels and explore the many art galleries and stroll the paths that lead around the San Francisco Bay.

For couples with a busy schedule who want to understand as much about birth and labor in the time they have.  This is also an excellent refresher class for those who have previously experienced birth and desire a review.

Prepared Childbirth, $275, Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 pm, Meets three times, (Register Here)

Over three weekly meetings couples will have the time to ask questions and build upon their relaxation and labor coping techniques.  In addition to learning about the birth process couples will gain an understanding about what happens after the birth and how to make postpartum a smooth transition.
