We specialize in small intimate childbirth classes, where you can ask all your questions about the birth process and learn to trust your body.

Learn many practical techniques that prepare you to labor confidently.  Our classes fit into busy schedules.

Taught by an independent ICEA certified childbirth educator.  This prepared childbirth class offers complete and unbiased information about all possible birth plan options since it is not affiliated with local area hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Healthcare,  or Catholic Healthcare of the West.

Enrollment is ongoing.  If your due date is fast approaching you still have time to take a childbirth class.  We gladly accept registrations late in your pregnancy.
